At our practice we make every effort to provide you with the finest surgical care and the most convenient financial options. To accomplish this we work hand in hand with you to maximize your insurance reimbursement for covered procedures. If you have any problems or questions, please ask our staff. Please bring your insurance information with you to the consultation so that we can expedite reimbursement.
As a service to you, we will complete and submit all insurance forms that apply to your treatment. Also, we will to the best of our ability try to determine the amount of benefits that are due to you. It is important to understand that this is only an estimate and any balance or co-payment is due the day of treatment. In most cases, dental and/or medical insurance will provide some coverage. We participate with a number of dental and medical insurance plans, some plans require a referral from your primary care physician. It is important that you bring the referral to your initial appointment.
